Had our friends Aaron and Rindy over for dinner the other night and Aaron asked if he could bring an appetizer. We were happy he offered since we got out of work late so supper was going to be delayed. Aaron had found a recipe for stuffed peppers – Philly cheese steak style!
These were awesome! A keeper to be made again. These consisted of a sliced green pepper piled high with sauteed mushrooms and onions, roast beef and smothered with provolone cheese.Aaron assembled them at home so when they got to our house, we popped them in a 400 degree oven and baked until the cheese was golden brown. Serve up and enjoy!!
