With the dog days of summer upon us, supper needs to be quick and easy. Sausages, peppers and onions should do the trick! 30 minutes of grill time and you are ready to eat. Grab a variety of sausages – tonight I grilled up some fresh brats, hot Italian sausages and some andoullies – for a little heat! Grill for about 30 minutes, turning often.Slice up some onions and peppers, toss in a grilling basket. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and you are ready for the grill. Grill for 30 minutes along with the meats.
Throw the meat, peppers and onions on a bed of garlic mashed potatoes, grab a cold beer and chow down! A perfect summertime meal. Cheers!
