So what to do with the potatoes leftover from the night before? Fry them up for breakfast of course. Throw some olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the leftover potatoes and fry until crispy. Add some sausage and a couple over easy eggs and you have a great breakfast! I think the taters were better the second day so I will be sure to grill extra in the future. Enjoy!
