Messy Burger Night

We were back to Aaron and Rindy’s last night for supper. It has finally warmed up enough for Aaron to fire up the grill and the fryer. Burgers and Fries – Tasty! Aaron had been planning this for a bit, just had to wait for the weather to break.Double fried fries – these were better than most restaurants we go to. He also made a cheese sauce which included pepper jack and jalapenos. Now for the toppings! There was something for everyone. Time to pile it high on the burger, hence the name Messy Burgers! My burger consisted of – sauteed mushrooms and onions, jalapeno slices, pickles, bacon, jalapeno mustard and of course the cheese sauce. This was one good and spicy burger. To finish off the night………..Homemade cheesecake topped with homemade whipped cream and cherries!!. RIndy put this together and was up late the night before finishing it up. We were glad she did, this was super good! Needless to say, I will be going for an extra mile on my run. Cheers!
