Normally when grilling pork tenderloin I just grill at 350 for about 20 minutes. Today I decided to smoke it for a couple hours and it turned out great! I will be doing this from now on.
This is really simple, especially with a Traeger grill. Get the grill going and set temp to 225 degrees. Meanwhile season the tenderloin with olive oil and your favorite pork rub. Smoke until internal temp hits 145 degrees and you are ready to eat.
We served this smoked beauty with a pineapple slaw, corn tomato salad, and smoked chicken wings. I love summer. Cheers!
