So we had our second weekly dinner with Rindy and Aaron and they came up with an excellent meal. Homemade Mexican rice, refried beans and Mexican pie. The pie was like lasagna – tasty! And of course they always take into account that Kris and I are gluten free so Aaron used corn tortillas instead of flour. A nice batch of margaritas to start off the night. This really got the night off right!The pie came out of the oven piping hot and it was time to eat. Rindy set a pretty table and we were set.Mexican Fiesta with all the fixings! And of course a bottle of Sol to wash it all down. We are looking forward to the next Dinner with Friends! Cheers!
